Superscale for Slack
Connect your AI marketing agent to Slack. Superscale Bot sends messages on behalf of your agent — delivering status updates, sharing generated assets, and posting to channels when you ask it to.
How Superscale Bot sends messages
Superscale Bot is an outbound-only bot. It does not read, monitor, or respond to messages in your Slack workspace. It only sends messages when triggered by your AI agent inside Superscale.
Agent needs your input
When the AI agent encounters a decision that requires your approval or input, it posts a message to your chosen Slack channel asking for guidance.
Status updates on tasks
For long-running tasks like ad generation or competitor research, the agent sends progress updates so you stay informed without checking the dashboard.
Channel messages on request
You can instruct the agent to post messages to specific Slack channels — for example, sharing a completed report or notifying your team about new ad creatives.
Assets ready for review
When the agent finishes generating images or videos, it sends a notification with preview thumbnails so you can review them directly from Slack.
Configuring when messages are sent
You control when and where the agent posts to Slack by chatting with it directly. Here are examples of how to configure your agent:
Post to #ads when you finish generating ads
The agent will post to the specified Slack channel whenever it completes an ad generation task.
Post the weekly competitor report to #marketing
The agent will send a summary to the specified Slack channel when the report is ready.
Post to #approvals whenever you need my approval
The agent will post a message with context and a link back to the conversation when it needs your input.
The agent decides when to send notifications based on your instructions and the task at hand. Notifications are never sent without a clear trigger from agent activity — the bot does not send unsolicited messages.
