Superscale Agent: Data Security
This article explains how Superscale handles your data, what security measures are in place, and how you maintain control over your information.
Data protection and clear boundaries around data usage are fundamental to how the Superscale Agent is designed, and we've implemented comprehensive measures to protect your information.
✔︎ All data is isolated to your organization. No other users can access it
✔︎ Data is only accessible to Superscale systems you actively use
✔︎ Integration data is never used to train AI models or systems
✔︎ You control which ad accounts and data Superscale can access
✔︎ Data is permanently deleted when integrations are disconnected
✔︎ Ongoing security reviews ensure continuous protection
Overview
The Superscale Agent helps you research winning ads, write copy, and create static ads by using:
- Context you provide (for example brand and product information)
- Optional integrations (for example Meta Ads Manager)
- Task-specific information when interacting with the Agent
All data shared with or accessed by the Agent is handled strictly within your Superscale organization and only for the purpose of executing the features you actively use.
Core Principles of Data Security
Superscale follows a few clear principles when it comes to Agent data:
- Your data stays inside your organization
- Your data is only used to execute requested tasks
- Your data is never shared across customers
- Your data is never used to train Superscale systems
Meta Ads Manager Integration
When you connect your Meta Ads Manager account to Superscale, the Agent can access advertising data to provide insights, recommendations, and automated workflows. Here's how we protect this integration:
- Retrieved data is only visible to users within your Superscale organization
- No other Superscale customers can see this data
- No internal Superscale systems outside of the features you use can access this data
Training & Data Reuse
No ad data or performance data retrieved via Meta Ads Manager is used to train Superscale systems and retrieved data is never reused across customers or organizations.
Access Control for Meta Ad Accounts
If your Meta Ads Manager has access to multiple ad accounts:
- You remain in full control of which ad account(s) Superscale can access
- It is the user’s responsibility to select and limit access to the intended ad accounts
- Superscale does not automatically expand or modify account access
Data Deletion & Disconnection
When you disconnect an integration (such as Meta Ads Manager) from Superscale, all data retrieved from that integration is removed from our systems. This ensures you maintain full control over your data at all times.
When your Superscale organization is deleted, we delete all associated data, including:
- Brand context and product information
- Data retrieved from integrations
- Agent task history and outputs
- Any other organization-specific data stored in Superscale
Other Integrations
The same security principles apply to all integrations connected to your Superscale organization. Data retrieved from any connected platform is subject to organization-level isolation, limited internal system access, and is never used for training purposes.
Ongoing Security Commitment
Data security is an ongoing priority for Superscale. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data protection as the Superscale Agent evolves. As we develop new Agent features and capabilities, we continuously:
- Review and enhance our security measures
- Monitor for potential vulnerabilities
- Update our policies to reflect best practices
- Ensure compliance with data protection standards
