About Taxfix
Taxfix is a European digital financial platform that helps individuals file their taxes easily and efficiently online.
It offers multiple tax solutions, from self-filing apps with a simple Q&A flow to full-service options handled by certified tax advisors, under the brands Taxfix, Steuerbot, and TaxScouts. Based in Berlin, Taxfix operates in Germany, Spain, and the UK.
The challenge
For the Taxfix team, creative testing and iteration are critical to performance marketing, but execution speed had become a limiting factor. While the team knew exactly what they wanted to test, linear production processes, multiple external agencies, and long feedback cycles made it difficult to iterate at the pace required.
Although parts of the workflow were already supported by AI, these tools were fragmented and not embedded into a single, end-to-end system. To move faster, reduce external dependencies, and meaningfully shorten feedback loops, the team needed a solution that would make creative iteration a core capability.
How they used Superscale
The Taxfix team uses Superscale across four teams and locations: Taxfix UK, Taxfix Spain, Taxfix Germany, and Steuerbot. Superscale serves as a shared, end-to-end creative system that enables all teams to operate independently, without relying on external agencies or fragmented tools.
A key unlock for Taxfix was consolidating the entire creative workflow inside Superscale. Teams use the competitor researcher to analyze competitor ads, extract inspiration, and replicate proven concepts directly. In parallel, Superscale’s Agent (beta) acts as a creative strategist; surfacing insights from platforms like Reddit and turning real user pain points into testable ad concepts.
For the UK and Spain markets, teams primarily focus on AI-generated UGC videos, leveraging Superscale’s extensive character library to address different audiences by varying age, gender, and ethnicity. This made it easy to localize messaging while maintaining a consistent creative structure across markets.
Inside Superscale: How the Taxfix team uses the Speaking Character template
The Taxfix content team also relies heavily on Superscale’s template library, using proven formats such as speaking characters and talking heads, as well as scene-based templates like app demos on phone, street interviews, podcast-style setups, and Sora2-inspired visuals.
For Steuerbot, the focus is primarily on static creatives. The team uses the Static Replication template to iterate on already high-performing Meta ads; creating multiple variations from winning designs in seconds and dramatically increasing testing speed without rebuilding assets from scratch.
Results achieved with Superscale
By consolidating creative research, ideation, and production into a single end-to-end workflow, the Taxfix team unlocked a new level of creative velocity. Superscale replaced fragmented processes and external dependencies with a scalable system that enables faster testing, localization, and execution across markets and teams.
